Flex Inn Hotel - Adults Only

Both rooms had broken air conditioning. The first one didn’t have a working unit, and the remote control wasn’t even there at first. After I asked for help, they moved us, but the second room had the same problem. It was too hot to stay, so we couldn’t use the accommodation at all. We had to leave and urgently find another hotel, paying for it separately. When we checked out, the receptionist agreed that the hotel wasn’t fit to stay in and told us to request cancellation through the booking platform. The hotel later refused to refund us and offered only a voucher. I also saw several similar complaints in the reviews, including about the air conditioning and facilities. I don’t recommend it.

The team from our company stayed at this hotel, and the guys didn’t complain about anything. The hotel seemed good, but I’ve been asking for the invoice since 15/01/2026 and still haven’t received a reply. They don’t answer calls or messages. This lack of follow-through is very frustrating, especially since they knew the deadline for providing an invoice for the service we paid for when I made the reservation. I’m still trying to reach them to get it, with no success.

The breakfast staff were helpful, and the bread and fillings were fresh, brought out when needed. The eggs, calabresa sausage, and sausage with sauce were fresh too, though the mango juice, papaya, and pineapple were past their best. My room had two single beds and little privacy. The gas shower had low water pressure, but the TV was excellent and had all the streaming apps.

The rooms had no sound insulation, so you could hear absolutely everything from the rooms next door. The parking garage is very cramped, and maneuvering a large car would take real effort. During my three-day stay, I had to move between three different rooms, and all of them had water leaks. I checked out early because of the problems and am still trying to get a refund for the days I lost. It was a terrible experience.
