Getting in was simple, with facial recognition and a password, and no much red tape. It's quiet and pleasant, too. The location is great, with a pão de açúcar nearby and a metro station close by.

They don't respect the law, and there's noise around the clock. If they can't respect the people living nearby, they won't respect future residents either. DO NOT BUY THIS DEVELOPMENT.

A great development in a really good location. It has car and motorcycle parking, a rooftop pool, pet area, gym, laundry, coworking space, an active street-facing facade, and other features that add value to the property.

The company is disrespectful and unqualified. The architecture is completely clumsy. They even got the "L" facing the wrong way, leaving many apartments with a "balcony" directly in front of the neighboring building's wall. Materials fall onto the street and neighboring properties during construction. They don't keep to the hours and leave the street filthy after the work. I feel sorry for anyone who bought in because of that foreign company's marketing.
