There's a lot around the hotel, and the location is good, though weekends can get a bit noisy. Breakfast was quite decent. Room prices can feel high because they change with the hotel's availability. Late checkout isn't available as a service, though they usually offer it for half the price of a full night.

Hotel staff stole money and a card from my room. Before I noticed the card was missing, it had already been used several times, and I lost about $400.

The staff service was fine. The rooms feel a little old and could use repairs. With bars, nightclubs and restaurants all around, it's a good spot if you want to enjoy Augusta street.

The rooms could do with a more current look, since the hotel feels old-fashioned in general. Still, I found it comfortable and well located, and the prices were reasonable. It was a nice place to stay.

The customer service was bad, and the pillows were the worst I've ever seen in a hotel. The bathtub leaked, and there were no towels on the first day. The WiFi kept disconnecting, so I had to call reception every day to get it reset.
