The building is right in São Paulo's Historic Center, about 50 meters from Luz metro station and 500 meters from 25 de março. A very convenient location.

For R$ 250 thousand, I think it's worth it. The 22 m2 unit comes with a gym, pool, and 24-hour front desk. It's also across from the civil police headquarters and close to the new Pérola Byington Women's Hospital. Luz station is just 50 meters away.
2/10
I wouldn't want to live or stay here. The common areas are neglected and almost impossible to use, and there are cockroach infestations. For residents, the company managing the condominium doesn't seem to care at all, and there's no channel for reporting problems.
10/10
The location is great. The only catch is that the price would be very high for a monthly rental.
10/10
A very good condominium, with solid facilities and a great spot in central São Paulo.
