Mercure Sao Paulo Pamplona Hotel

The room was very nice, the beds comfortable, and the location great. Breakfast had tasty options. The toilet could have been cleaner, with some mold in the shower, and its lid was broken. Staff could be more helpful with early check-in. Even standard check-in was 30 minutes late.

The neighborhood felt safe throughout our stay, with a supermarket, drugstore, restaurants, pub, coffee shop, shopping mall, subway and taxi stop all a short walk away. The privilege bedroom had a great size and layout for remote work, with a comfortable desk and chairs for two. Wi-Fi was strong and reliable except at the rooftop and pool area, and front desk staff were very friendly and attentive. The toilet didn't flush completely, which was frustrating. Maintenance always came promptly when we called, but couldn't fix it permanently, so the hotel's plumbing maintenance needs improvement. We'd still come back, but would check the toilet when checking into the bedroom.

The staff were friendly, and the shower was good. It's a small hotel, but breakfast had a wide spread. Our room was comfortable for three people, and it felt safe to walk to the supermarket and nearby restaurant.

The rooms were comfortable and clean, and breakfast was good. It's close to supermarkets, bars, restaurants and bakeries, with easy access by public transport or car. The only bad part was check-out. I asked for a late checkout, but the employee showed no interest in helping or offering a solution, even though I would of course have paid for it.
