The location is great, especially if you work nearby, and I’d stay again, though it’s not the best hotel. The room was good but poorly built, with awful construction quality on the furnishings. The bedsheets weren’t breathable, and the room could have been cleaner. Service was as expected, and everyone treated us well except the person who checked us in. Breakfast was exactly the same every day. There were mosquitoes in the lobby and restaurant, which was annoying.

The location in Vila Olympia worked well for us, close to JK Shopping centre, shops and restaurants. The bed was comfortable and the wardrobe was good, but the room itself felt modest and dated, with very little decor. The shower tray was blocked, Wi-Fi was very poor, and there were no TV channels or way to log into Netflix or Amazon Prime. There was no complimentary bottled water either. The lift and hallway looked straight out of the 70s and felt tired. Service was a real letdown. The evening restaurant staff were rude and spoke no English. Even though the restaurant was open until 10:30 pm, they would not serve food or wine or beer after 9:30 pm. Breakfast staff were lovely and friendly, while reception made no effort to provide actual service. This is a 2-star hotel, not a 4-star one.

The Wi-Fi never worked, so working was impossible, and there was nothing to watch on TV. There was no coffee or toiletries. The iron was either unavailable or could only be used for 30 minutes before it had to be returned.

The food was good, and the location is handy if you're doing business in the corporate towers next door. The rooms, though, were old, and the doors squeaked and barely shut. Our room also went uncleaned for three days, and the toilet barely worked. The gym was cramped with low-quality equipment.

The shower had mold, and the Wi-Fi kept disconnecting. The location was good.
