Mimos Hospedagem

The check-in and check-out over WhatsApp were handled efficiently and very cordially. It was also handy to keep the suite key and garage remote with us during the stay, and entry uses a tag system. The rooms and towels were always clean. There are several suite options, and the kitchen is on the terrace, away from the bedrooms, so there wasn't loud noise during the stay. Great location, and a real find in São Paulo for convenience, comfort, and value.

JULIANA, who contacts guests on WhatsApp, was incredibly attentive from the first call right through checkout. She clearly knows her job. The room was clean and airy, the shower was hot, and the terrace and shared kitchen are far enough from the rooms that noise wasn't a problem. The hospitality and stay were amazing. My time in SP wouldn't have been as good if I'd chosen somewhere else. I already know where I'll stay on my next visit ♥️

The location and facilities are great, and the response was quick, though the way they deal with guests could be better. For the price, I expected air conditioning. Without it, I couldn't work from home or sleep on this occasion.

A real find: well located, renovated, and very clean. The Wi-Fi was fast with a good signal, and the work table has a basic office chair, better than almost every hotel room chair I've worked from. The firm box bed was very comfortable, and the gas-heated shower had strong water pressure. It's simple, but excellent at the essentials. There is a shared kitchen, though no TV, minibar, breakfast, or snack service.
