A really good place.

Hi, I wanted to share my experience at the hostel, which was disappointing. I arrived an hour and a half early, and was told I could only go in from noon. I said okay to paying a half-day charge to enter sooner. The accommodation was 100 reais and half a day should have been 25, since the daily rate was 50. Carol charged me 30 and said she couldn't charge just 25, even though she knew it was a half-day. I paid the extra 5 reais because it wouldn't make me poorer, and I didn't want an argument, but they lost a customer. They need to value customers more. I won't come back, especially after how rudely I was served.

My team was put up there for an event this weekend. I understand the difficulties caused by the pandemic, but the place was uninhabitable. The manager was unfriendly, the bedding was in terrible condition, the fan was noisy, and there was a musty smell. It was an unpleasant experience.

The last time I stayed there, I was rushing to class and forgot to wash the dishes I'd dirtied that morning. I remembered during class and thought I'd do it at lunch, but when I got back, someone had already washed them. Then I got a big lecture, including about things I hadn't done. The tone was unnecessary. I think people who are paid to work there should treat everyone with respect, like friends and guests, and help keep harmony in a house where people share spaces and are only there to sleep and meet their commitments. More understanding and peace! :) On my first stay, there was a mix-up about food belonging to another guest, and people who weren't involved heard remarks delivered in a harsh tone.

Terrible service. I arrived by plane after 11:30 p.m., and even though the owner was sleeping there, she told me to stay in Guarulhos, saying it was dangerous to come later. There was no breakfast the next day. It wasn't worth what I paid, and to top it off, she insulted me for leaving early in the morning. It's cheap, but not worth the humiliation. Don't stay here.
