We got in only because we were lucky enough to reach people we knew who were staying there. Before that, we spent over an hour outside in the middle of the night in São Paulo. We arrived around 2 a.m., there was no in-person reception, and the second entrance door was locked, so we couldn’t get in. When we called, the online reception said they couldn’t do anything. Completely absurd. We were vulnerable out there, anything could have happened, and nobody took responsibility or helped us. The apartment was dirty to begin with, but the lack of security and support was even worse. There was no proper help from the guest service, no cleaning, and a real risk to our physical safety. This place fails at the basics of access, cleanliness, and security. I’d never recommend it to anyone, and it shouldn’t even be operating.

Getting in was easy, with facial recognition and an electronic lock. I liked my stay in the building. The studio had air conditioning, a fridge, basic appliances, a good bed, a bathroom, and a balcony. Everything was clean and organized.

The apartment was modern and thoughtfully set up, with a coffee machine, blender, sandwich maker, fridge, and new, clean kitchen utensils. The shared spaces were nice too: a laundry room with a dryer and steam iron, a gym with two treadmills, a bike, and two other machines, plus a well-decorated lounge with an equipped kitchen. I also liked the collective recycling area for residents and guests. Moema made everyday life easy, and being close to Eucaliptos Metro and Shopping Ibirapuera was a big plus for getting around, shopping, food, services, and entertainment. The area felt pleasant and safe. My stay at My Moema was good, and it’s a great option if you want comfort, technology, and convenience in São Paulo. A few things could be better: the water fountain in the palestra wasn’t working, replacing the bed linen and towels cost extra, and the apartments are a little small. The cleaning was good, though the decorative cushions don’t seem to be washed. I’d recommend it if you want quality with everything close by.

I had a great stay at my Moema and plan to come back. The place delivered what it promised, with spotless cleanliness, comfortable rooms, and a modern setup. Moema is a perfect, safe location close to everything, and the staff were very helpful. I’d recommend it without hesitation.

Check-in was online, so we went straight in without waiting or dealing with paperwork. The place is simply magnificent and very high-tech, and the area has lots to do. I loved it and recommend it.
