Nice building, horrible management. I’ve been here for a week and the doormen still don’t recognize me. They just sit there playing video games all day. I got iFood and they call the wrong apartment so I get charged for food that wasn’t delivered. Never seen such terrible service.

I’ve rented two studios here, and they’re comfortable enough that I’ll stay here whenever I’m in São Paulo. The building feels new and has a laundry room and a gym, and you can walk to Shopping Frei Caneca, which is on the same sidewalk, maybe 100 meters away. There’s an OXXO downstairs for quick shopping, and facial recognition entry is really convenient. If you need it, the Instagram is airbnbbelavista, apartments 1409 and 1410. I recommend them.

The rooftop has an incredible view over the city, and the location is a real advantage, right next to Shopping Frei Caneca with plenty of services and things to do nearby. It’s an excellent building for a short stay or for living, with a high standard of facilities and excellent management.

Everything is new and well equipped. There’s a mini market inside, an OXXO right next door, a gym across the street, and Shopping Frei Caneca just a few meters away.

Fábio, the building caretaker, is the worst in the world. Terrible at his job, and he seems like he’s always just waiting to leave. He can’t even be bothered to do the bare minimum. Bad in every way.
