I've been living at the hostel for quite a while and recommend it to any friends or acquaintances coming to SP. It's comfortable, well organized, and in a great location. The internet is excellent, the other guests are pleasant, and the people who run the place take good care of it.

The shared kitchen and bathroom are tidy and organized, and the rooms are airy and fairly spacious for this kind of place. It's quiet, private, and a good inexpensive place to stay while passing through São Paulo. The address is so discreet I almost couldn't find it. I'd recommend it for that sort of stay, but not for a more extravagant holiday or a romantic trip.

I was there for just a weekend, and the hospitality was amazing. The hostel is well located, with a CPTM station, pharmacy, market, bakery, and pizzeria all nearby. Definitely a great option for anyone wanting to explore São Paulo and its sights.

We booked through Airbnb, but they said they couldn't take us because it was too short notice and they don't accept same-day reservations. Then why was the room listed as available? They also claimed we hadn't booked, and wouldn't open the reservation through Airbnb. If you let people book it, the room should be available. Calling it unavailable is a lie. They need to learn how to run a business.
