I had an Airbnb stay here and thought it was fantastic. The building is impressive and very modern, with a gym, pet area, laundry room, and jacuzzi. The staff are extremely friendly and attentive.

Nothing to complain about. The Otis people are always there to help, and the cleaning staff and building caretaker are excellent. It’s a very good condominium.

The staff in the building are wonderful, helpful, and polite, and the area has easy access to the metro, markets, and shopping. The apartments are good value, but be ready for trouble with the construction company at some point. Staff told me all the apartments develop problems eventually. I had a clogged air conditioner, rubbish inside the drywall, and a blocked conduit that made it hard to install internet. The construction company fixed some of it after I kept pushing, but buying a unit here can still be a headache.

We had a spectacular time. The place is safe, clean, and comfortable, with all the basics and very friendly staff. It’s also close to restaurants, shopping centers, supermarkets, cafes, and more. I highly recommend it.
