The apartment and building are new and modern, but my stay here in São Paulo was still a real disappointment. When I checked in, the apartment was filthy. There was hair on the cushions, the pillows were stained and dirty, the floors hadn't been cleaned, and there was visible grime in the shower. Drain flies had infested the bathroom, and there were obvious stains on the carpet. It felt unpleasant and unhygienic. Getting out of the building was another problem. The entrance security gate seemed broken or tampered with, and at first we couldn't find a way out. Nobody explained the procedure at check-in. We eventually figured out by trial and error that we had to use the intercom, but it was unclear whether the issue was a fault or maintenance. It caused unnecessary stress and made us feel unsafe. I complained about the cleanliness and the stay through the booking platform and got no reply. There was no explanation, apology, or compensation. The property seems to rely on remote reception to save money, but without basic communication, cleaning, and guest support, that approach doesn't work. I felt uncomfortable and disgusted there, and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
