I wouldn't recommend this place. It isn't worth the price, and I don't think they change the sheets between guests. The reception staff were rude and wouldn't help me at all during my stay. At checkout, I said I hadn't used the minibar, but they still made me wait 10 minutes for an attendant to inspect it. That made me late for the airport and cost me an extra Uber waiting fee. The reception was disrespectful throughout. I don't understand how people like that work here.

The rooms are roomy, and the location works well if you're exploring Liberdade. Breakfast was free, but nothing special.

I normally stay at this hotel, but this visit was my worst one. The bath water was cold, the cleaning was poor, and the staff seemed to grumble about doing their jobs. The person handling luggage was rude to guests and unprofessional. The service overall was terrible and left me very disappointed.

At around $100 a night, you'd expect better. The wifi barely reaches and is SUPER slow, and the 32-inch TVs in 2024 aren't smart, so there's no Netflix, YouTube, or anything like that. The bathroom lock is broken, and I found bugs crawling in my bed, two over five days. This should be a criminal offense. I'm not coming back.

The hotel's location is the one good thing. The blankets they provide are terrible, and the restaurant brought out cold missoshiru and overcooked teppan. The bathroom was plainly dirty, with black spots you could wipe off by hand.
