Breakfast was nice, and the gym is really good for a hotel. Those are the only two things I can give a star for. I stayed for two weeks, and the pool was disgusting the whole time. We asked several times if it would be cleaned and got no answer. After our third complaint, reception called to say it was clean, but it still wasn't. When we asked the manager to look, she admitted it was dirty and said, "it's not clean but it's sanitized". Room cleaning was poor too. One day there was no toilet paper, and another day they left just one bath towel and one hand towel for two people. The bed linen wasn't changed for over a week, even though we used the card they provided to request fresh sheets. This doesn't feel like a four-star hotel and it doesn't meet international standards. The staff seemed helpless and unprepared. I wouldn't recommend it. For the same price, there are better hotels in the area.

The whole hotel staff was professional, and Estela, Naira, and Isabella especially went above and beyond. They were helpful, efficient, and accommodating, and supported me and my team throughout the stay. I'll make this my regular place in Sao Paulo.

The Staybridge suites in São Paulo is one of the top hotels I've stayed at. I spend up to 190 nights a year in hotels around the world as a vice president of sales for a major software company, so I've had plenty to compare it with. The service, food quality, and condition of the hotel were all awesome. One of my best hotel stays this year, and I'd highly recommend it.

The staff were nice and attentive, especially given I needed an unplanned stay after a long day at the hospital across the street. I wanted somewhere clean and cozy for the night, and it was decent at best. Google reviews had led me to expect much more. The location is good, but the hotel feels old and needs renovation. It looks like it may have opened around 2000, and I wouldn't be surprised if the sheets were from then too. The shower, AC units, phones, and hallways all look and smell old. I don't understand the four-star rating or the hype. I've paid less for three-star hotels that were much better.

The staff were helpful and quick to respond, and the hotel is near plenty of restaurants and neighborhoods. My room was simple but spacious enough for a business trip. I enjoyed breakfast, and the gym is amazing for a hotel.
