Good afternoon. We stayed at piolin that weekend, from 18/05 to 19/05, and really liked the place, the room, the location, and the staff. João and Pedro welcomed us warmly. I do think constructive criticism is always useful, though. The employee handling breakfast let us down with her service. First she questioned us in an unpleasant way about which room we were in. We had rented a four-bed shared room, three beds in 32 and one in 31. My husband and I were there with two friends, but we only used one bed in room 31 and slept together in the single bed. We had the key for that room, registered when we arrived, and paid. We shouldn't have had to explain which room we were in or who slept where. We were apparently among the last to come up for breakfast, around 8:30, and there was only one French roll left. When I went to look for her, she wasn't there. She came back around 8:50. After I asked, she handed us the huge bag of rolls with only one and a half rolls inside, without even taking them out of the bag to give to us. She also loudly complained about the cups other guests had left on the counter, among other things that made it clear she wasn't very happy. I hope she improves a lot. We're a young couple, but we paid for the service and deserved to be treated well and get at least the basics. Thank you.

Really good! My cousin and I went shopping on my first visit and got treated so well. Sra. Graça was very friendly and called us down for breakfast, which was really good. It's downtown São Paulo, behind the post office. The building is old, but pleasant. I'm from Natal, RN, and this is already my fourth time staying there. It costs 90.00 reais for a double room with breakfast these days. I've stayed at other hotels and paid 350.00 reais a night, but wasn't treated as well as I was at Hotel Piolim. Fantastic. I absolutely recommend it!

The view was wonderful, and the service was high quality. The staff were super polite, and my room was comfortable, spacious, and clean, with a TV and minibar. The location in the center is excellent, close to everything.

The room was simple, but had everything I needed, and the price was good. I spent a week at the hotel in October 2014 and had no problems. The staff were attentive, and Piolin is close to many tourist spots and the shopping center. From the room there was a lovely view of the Paissandú church, Galeria do Rock, and the start of Av. Rio Branco. Teatro Municipal is nearby too. Breakfast was simple but enough to keep me going while walking around São Paulo all morning. I recommend it!

A pleasant social atmosphere, a good location, and great accommodations. I was looked after really well from the moment I arrived, and the staff were excellent.
