A disastrous stay. In the middle of the night, a ceiling light came loose and fell. Luckily I wasn't standing underneath it, since it could have caused a serious accident. That's a clear safety issue and completely unacceptable in a rental. There was also a wrong key inside the apartment, which suggests poor organization and management. Then, from 9 in the morning, construction noise from neighboring apartments made it impossible to rest. Despite the safety problem, noise, and poor management, they offered no real solution or relocation and took no responsibility. They simply told me to sort it out with the booking platform. I tried to resolve things amicably without leaving a negative review, but after they refused to take responsibility, I'm sharing what happened. There was no professionalism, no safety, and no customer service. I don't recommend it.

The studio layout is very comfortable, and the architectural and landscaping design of the development is beautiful.

Living in this building felt like being in student housing, with a million rules for absolutely everything. You have to get permission from the front desk for everything, borrow and return a key there to work out, and get another key for the laundry room. Even a visitor can't just call the apartment. You have to approve them in an app ahead of time. It makes everything so much harder and more complicated. By far the most complicated and annoying building I've ever lived in. It's crazy.

The street is really quiet, and getting around is easy, with the metro, bus stops, and plenty of shops nearby. The building is attractive and has good facilities. The apartments are studios, but the space is used well for their size. I recommend it.

The location is great, close to the metro, pharmacies, markets, a cinema, and other leisure options. The building has a full set of facilities, including a pool with a lovely rooftop view, a gym, a co-working space, and laundry. Security includes a 24-hour front desk and cameras in key spots.
