Primus House

Everything was as I expected, right down to a small essentials kit with soap and a sponge. The appliances are new or barely used, and the counter is spacious. I even got a little chocolate! The person who helped me on WhatsApp arranged an apartment that suited what I was hoping for, and they came through. It’s very close to Vila Prudente station, and lots of buses pass almost right outside. Today is my first day of a three month stay, so I hope I won’t have to change this review when I leave. I did have one small issue, though I may be wrong about it: there’s no access ramp, so I had to carry my two suitcases and backpack up the stairs. That doesn’t affect how comfortable I feel here.

The compact space is comfortable and handy if you want a modern, practical place to spend a few days near Vila Prudente. Primus House has fully automatic check-in and check-out, with no reception, queues or small talk. You use Face ID to come and go, which feels like a futuristic movie. The tech gets a 10 from me. They ask you to leave the place clean when you go, which is fair, but there wasn’t even a simple cloth to dry the bathroom. I messaged them to sort it out, and they saw the message but didn’t reply. Maybe telepathy is the next innovation. Update: They got back to me and said they’ll put a cloth in every apartment so the same thing won’t happen to someone else. I’m glad they fixed it. Still, bring your own floor cloth, just in case.

The staff were wonderful, and I felt safe and comfortable throughout my stay. I loved it and would happily come back.

The apartment had everything I needed. Check-in and checkout were easy, and getting to Vila Prudente and Mooca was convenient. The service was quick and effective.
