Pulso Hotel Faria Lima

The WhatsApp service was really useful for dealing with communication issues, and replies always came quickly. The staff went out of their way to make me feel at home, and the service was friendly and attentive. The products were good and smelled lovely too. Definitely recommended, and I’ll come back to this hotel when I visit São Paulo again.

I’m sorry I didn’t stay longer at the Pulso Hotel Faria Lima. I loved the whole visit, from the staff and room to the gym, spa, and food. Everything was 10/10.

We were treated like royalty during our three-night stay at Pulso. Everyone, from reception and the restaurant to the spa and cleaning teams, went above and beyond and paid attention to every detail and request. The rooms, lobby, restaurant, and wellness area are all beautifully designed and decorated. We’re sad to leave and hope to return soon. Highly recommend this gem of a hotel.

The thin walls were a real problem in my room, and I could hear everything next door. The TV didn’t work either, and the shower control was loose. The hotel changed my room quickly, which I appreciated, but I expected more from a five-star place. I also had a mystery restaurant charge on my bill. They promised to correct it at checkout, but it still hasn’t been fixed. The gym was new and nice, though I had a few requests for its manager. It would be great if guests could use the gym without being disturbed during workouts. On the plus side, the hotel looks stylish, check-in was easy, the staff were welcoming, breakfast was delicious, and the restaurant space was beautiful. It was a good stay, but quite a few things need attention.
