The building is badly run down, but what made the stay truly awful was the staff. They acted arrogant and rude, gave guests dirty looks, and spoke as if helping people was a bother. They work there, they don't own the place, and they should still show people basic respect. I wouldn't recommend staying here at all.

We loved staying at Qi. The location was great, and we could walk everywhere. The gym also has a view over Ibirapuera avenue. Every employee was excellent, and the valet attendants were especially attentive. Highly recommend!
