I love this place. It's my favorite, and it's the only place I stay. The city view is incredible, and the location makes it very easy to get to several tourist spots.

I'm filing a complaint about the accommodation managed by hosts Daniela and Gabriel because of serious failures in the lodging service. The information said check-in was Friday at 3 p.m., but I was also told I could enter from midnight. That led me to plan an early arrival. When I tried to get in, I was told access would only be possible at 3 p.m. I had to wait 15 hours, spent an additional R$ 348,00 on food, and lost the equivalent of R$ 156,31 in paid stay time, for a total material loss of R$ 504,31. Instead of helping, the hosts were evasive and mocking. This violated the principles of good faith and cooperation in Article 422 of the Civil Code. Under Articles 6, 30, 31, 35, and 51 of the Consumer Defense Code, consumers are entitled to clear information, fulfillment of the offer, and compensation for damages, and abusive practices are void. Article 14 makes service providers strictly liable, while Articles 186 and 927 of the Civil Code require compensation for unlawful acts. Moral damages are presumed in light of the frustration, lost time, and disrespect for the guest's dignity, and case law recognizes them in lodging failure cases. I seek full reimbursement of the R$ 504,31 material loss and moral damages in an amount suited to the seriousness of the conduct and the need to deter it. Those responsible should correct the irregularity or answer in court.
