There’s nothing positive worth mentioning. The room was extremely small, the towels were cheap, basic amenities were missing, and the bathroom fixtures were broken. There was no hot water in the morning, and the lobby and rooms weren’t clean. The hotel is overpriced and poorly maintained, and the staff were unfriendly. Some reception staff didn’t speak English. Breakfast was very limited: oily scrambled eggs were the only egg option, and there were no vegetables. The area felt unsafe, was far from tourist attractions, and had very limited public transport. The price doesn’t match the quality, service, or location. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Elias from the restaurant really stood out for his excellent service. He speaks very good English, is open and friendly, and gave us wonderful recommendations during our stay. We felt well looked after and appreciated his hospitality and support. The hotel is beautiful, and we had a great stay. We were very satisfied and grateful for the service. Greetings from Germany 🇩🇪

Jane and Daniel in the restaurant treated us like family. They served us a delicious breakfast and let us work there for a few hours, going above and beyond to help. The receptionist in the lobby was also very kind and helpful. We had a fantastic experience visiting on New Year’s Eve and would be glad to come back. May God bless them in the coming year!

I picked this place because it’s close to Allianz Parque, where I was going for the bus bunny show. The staff were really nice, and the rooms had everything needed for a stay. Big thanks to Vilmara from the restaurant for being so friendly and accommodating 😊

Breakfast was good, and the location was great. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Henriue and Rodrigo at reception gave fantastic service. Really good hotel.
