The bed was comfortable, with two pillows, and the place was quiet. I can be picky about hotels, though. Breakfast wasn't my favorite, the TV was terrible, and the AC remote didn't work.

8/10
The lobby and breakfast were great, and the staff were helpful and nice. The rooms were a little rough, but okay. I'm not fond of the neighborhood, though there's a lot nearby.

The price felt fair, and being near a metro station was handy. Breakfast was nice, while the rooms were simple and there was no room service. The neighborhood is quite bizarre.

The staff were friendly and the fare was okay, but the room could have been cleaner. We found hair on the towels, for example, and breakfast wasn't very tasty.

Right in the middle of downtown São Paulo, it feels like a calm little refuge. The staff are welcoming and the service is reliably great. I'd definitely recommend it.
