The staff were helpful and the place was clean, and breakfast was good. But it was always packed, and the internet was slow and unreliable. Noise from other rooms was a constant issue, and the rooms felt dated and bare, almost like a monastery. It could use some improvement.

The location worked well for me, and the rooms seemed clean enough. Breakfast was okay, though I’d add more vegetables. The gym was impossible to use because of a strong chemical detergent smell, which gave me a headache after 15 minutes. There weren’t any irons available consistently. They lent me one for half an hour when I asked, but later there wasn’t one to borrow, and the one I got was very old. The rooms also have no sound insulation, so I could hear everything from the corridor and neighboring rooms. It was disappointing that almost nobody understood English, though that’s common in this country.

For several hundred dollars a night, I expected basics like complimentary water in the room. The carpets were stained, the bedding looked old, and the mattress was uncomfortable, with springs squeaking whenever I moved. The bathroom was a mess, with outdated fixtures, a leaking toilet, mold on the ceiling, hair everywhere, and a rusty mirror. Even coffee at breakfast costs extra. The stay was very disappointing and definitely not worth the price.

The room was clean, housekeeping was excellent, and the staff were well behaved. Room service food was much better than the decent breakfast. The staff didn’t help us with our luggage after checkout, which was disappointing. I hadn’t expected much, so I wasn’t very disappointed overall. Good value for money, and a decent experience.
