We arrived with two kids and four large suitcases. A man was at the entrance, but he didn't help with the bags, maybe his job was just opening the door. For what we paid, we didn't get the service we deserved. A two-star hotel would be better. The room looked very different from the website photos, and the toilet was dirty and had no seat. Unacceptable.

We'd enjoyed our July stay, especially the exceptional breakfast, so when we came back to Sao Paulo in October for family reasons with her two teenage sons, we booked two rooms at a higher price. The rooms were still well presented and equipped, but breakfast was terrible this time. It was poorly laid out, there was no staff around or extra cutlery, and the cooked food was cold. Coffee wasn't refilled often enough. We were very disappointed and can only hope the final night and breakfast improve a lot.

The gym was old, dirty, and in poor shape. Nothing worked properly. Check-in was a joke too, the keys kept failing on both the elevators and doors. The room felt old, the bed was uncomfortable, and the only pillow was awful. I'll never come back.

I picked this hotel for its price and proximity to the event I was attending at WTC Events Center. It was well maintained and in line with Quality's usual standard. The bed was made well, there were no bad smells, and both the shower and air conditioning worked properly. We ordered a sandwich late at night, and it arrived promptly. Breakfast was good too, with nothing to complain about. One tip: booking directly by phone with the hotel costs more than using online hotel search engines.
