We were happy with the price, and the hotel is well located next to the park. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning and shower worked well, and we enjoyed a great omelette each morning. The staff were very nice to us. After our overnight flight, we arrived at 9:00 a.m. and they had a room ready. They checked us in early without any fuss or extra charge, which was the best part.

Antonio deserves a special thank you for sorting out my early check-in efficiently last week. The service and breakfast were great, and the location was very convenient.

The hotel was conveniently located near Ibirapuera Park and the city’s main business districts, which helped with my work activities. On my first business trip to São Paulo, I was pleasantly surprised by how clean everything was. I also really enjoyed the breakfast selection of traditional Brazilian dishes, and the staff were warm and professional.

The staff were a mixed bag, with some polite and most quite rude. Overall, they also seemed unsure what was happening or what to do. On day 1, our room had ants. Staff wiped them up with paper towels, but used no insecticide, offered no room change, and didn’t really fix the problem. By day 5, things in the bathroom had stopped working, so we had to move everything to another room. On day 6, we were told laundry would take “1 to 2 days.” Five days later, we were still asking for our clothes. The laundered items came back just minutes before checkout, when we had to leave the city. Once we got home, we realized about half the laundry was missing. After a month of back and forth with the hotel, we had to pay 800RS to have the clothes shipped back. Even then, some were still missing, and we’ve given up. Absolute nightmare.
