The location was good, and the room was decent, though a bit cramped for two people with big luggage. We woke up each morning to part of the bed without sheets because they seemed too small, and there were little ants all over the room. Their tech setup was another irritation. I got three different updates at once: an email asking for documents, the website saying they were under review, and Customer Care saying they were approved. At arrival, we still had to register through remote assistance because the promised facial recognition didn't work. If they're going to rely on tech, it needs to work. Otherwise, they should just stick with people.

It's near a train station and a mall, and the area feels safe. But this felt like a very impersonal Airbnb, not a hotel. There were no people available to help, only a WhatsApp bot, and the check-in was the worst I've had in 20 years. It took over two hours to get into my room. Checkout time was inflexible, and I had to use facial recognition to enter, which I didn't like. It wasn't worth it and ruined my trip.

It turned out to be clean and nice, which I hadn't expected after reading the comments. There's a security guard who asks where you're going, and I saw that as a plus.

Problems started before we arrived. We weren't given the room we'd requested, and our information hadn't been sent through, so we couldn't get into the building. The room doors locked extremely fast, and the rooms were dirty. They couldn't fix any of the problems they had caused.
