I really liked the location, near the start of Av. Paulista, a square, Alemão Osvaldo Cruz and Beneficência Portuguesa hospitals, Shopping Paulista, and the Vergueiro and Paraíso stations on the Blue Line. The condominium is high-end but affordable, and I liked the services, leisure facilities, and security. Everything was included.

It's awful having to deal with hammering every day in this building. It starts at 8 in the morning, and the renovations have been going on for years, making it completely uncomfortable. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for peace and quiet. Such a shame.

The building itself is pleasant and in a good location for residents. I worked there as an elevator operator when Edifício Home Stay Paulistano first opened, helping prevent the service elevators from being overloaded while many residents were still moving in. It was a good experience as an employee, though the third-party company I worked for wasn't one of the best. I hope the management has improved since then.
