They can't seem to get anything right. They didn't know how to arrange an early check-in or what code opens the doors. They don't know anything. For your safety and convenience, don't choose this hotel. Try to find another one.

The gym and pool both felt like the bare minimum, and could be better.

The room was nice and clean, but the area is dangerous. Get back to your room before sunset.

The hotel is clean and comfortable, with a good overall setup. But there was no parasol by the pool, which made it hard to use on hot days. The air conditioner leaked and soaked the bed, and the shower stall is very small. The gym was disappointing too, just a tiny space with very little equipment. A good stay overall, but there's a lot that needs improving.
