We spent five weeks here, and the location made it easy to get to the shops, restaurants, and parque ibirapiera. The host was great to deal with and quick to communicate. The apartment had everything I needed and was kept very clean and tidy. I'd happily stay again and recommend it to friends and family.
The neighborhood was peaceful, with plenty within walking distance, and the amenities were great. The place matched the photos exactly. Check-in was a rough start, though: a miscommunication left me waiting outside in the cold for a while with two kids. It was eventually sorted out.

This is my favorite place to stay in São Paulo. It's in a safe, central area near park Ibirapuera, Pao de Azucar grocery chain, and cafe cultura. Getting to other neighborhoods by Uber is easy. I'd recommend it.
