The rooftop pool and gym are lovely, with a great view, and the coworking space and laundry are very good too. The building itself is well organized and thoughtfully laid out, though there are a few things to fix. In the afternoon, reception can be slow and confusing. The social elevator is sluggish, its button has a problem, and someone left a note instead of fixing it. It’s hard to tell if it’s reached your floor or stopped between floors, and sometimes you have to press the button to get the doors open. Aside from that, things were okay. Some improvements are needed.

I had a peaceful stay and didn’t run into any problems. The room had a lovely view, and Shopping Ibirapuera, Parque Ibirapuera, and the Campo Belo station on the lilac line are all nearby, which made getting around and visiting other sights easier. The only issue was the R$ 1,000 deposit required through the Booking app. It was supposed to come back seven days after checkout, but mine was returned after two. I’d stay again.

There’s a small shop in the building with several things to buy, and the laundry and coworking area has sofas and tables for working or studying. The apartment itself feels like home, very cozy, and everything is new. I recommend it.

A lovely, clean, well-organized studio in a great location. It was quiet and easy to get around from there. André was a great host. I’ll definitely come back.

Getting access to the apartment involved a lot of red tape, and on top of the high price they demanded a R$ 1,000 deposit by Pix. The room was released long after check-in time, and when I finally got in, it was very dirty. Then the electronic door lock stopped working with my things still inside. The Meu Anfitrião app that manages the reservation offered no help. I’ve been sitting in the hallway for hours with nowhere to sleep. A terrible experience.
