For what I paid, I'd give it a 5, but on an absolute scale it's probably a 1.5-2. So overall, a decent 3. The location felt sketchy, the floor on the far side of the bed hadn't even been swept, and the towels were threadbare. There was no top sheet, just a scratchy blanket, and who knows when it was last washed. There was only one usable outlet, at least beside the bed. The other was up by the overhead light switch, too high to be useful. On the plus side, the bed was reasonably comfortable, the breakfast was decent and the coffee was good. Room service food was decent and cheap. It got relatively quiet after 11 pm, the shower had decent hot water, and the Wi-Fi was decent, though it dropped now and then before coming back.

I'm from Brasília and stayed at this hotel from the 14th to the 16th. The team treated me perfectly, with care and respect, and gave me all the help I needed. My check-in was meant to be at 1 pm, but I called to ask if I could arrive at 10 and they agreed right away. Whenever I'm in the Brás area, I'll definitely come back. Thanks to everyone at the hotel, and God bless you.

The place is simple and cozy, and very close to the shopping area. The service was really good, and it was clean. I definitely recommend the sandwich.

This is a very cozy place, with a wonderful breakfast and receptionists who are polite and friendly. The one issue is the shower: it's mounted too high above the sink, so it splashes water all over the toilet. Otherwise, everything is very good. When we travel to São Paulo, Hotel Hot is our first choice.
