The location is excellent, close to Liberdade and several places of interest. The room was clean, comfortable, practical, and smelled really nice. The cleaning staff did a great job, everything was spotless. Brida welcomed us with such care, warmth, and kindness, and was always polite. The service was top-notch. We’ll definitely stay here again!

The building is new, the rooms look like the photos, the shower is great, and the little market inside is great too. But a place that operates remotely needs urgent improvements. Replies take a long time, and the QR code that lets you in can leave you stuck. I’d seen a comment about this and it happened to me around 6 pm. Imagine it happening at night or in the early hours, would we have been left outside? I called and nobody answered. They finally replied 50 minutes later. This needs urgent attention.

One star because zero isn’t an option. It was a terrible stay. There’s no one on site to help, everything is handled only over WhatsApp, and there’s a huge amount of paperwork to fill out even though I’d already entered those details through Booking. They change the room code almost every day, then take over an hour to send the new one. Several times during my stay I was left waiting outside with no way to get into my room. It’s clear they don’t care about the customer. They just want the payment upfront and then leave guests to sort things out alone. Find another Studio. If you came to the city just to work, you shouldn’t have to deal with this.

The location is excellent. The rooms are tidy, clean, and cozy.
