We went past the hotel during a trip and decided to ask for a room for me, my husband, and our two children. The receptionist seemed completely lost, and the room he gave us had one double bed and one single, so the kids had to share. The bathroom glass was fully transparent, looking straight out toward the townhouses across the way. I had to hang a towel over the window to get even a little privacy while showering. There was no room intercom, and the noise made it impossible to rest properly. I told the desk at check-in that we'd stay one night and leave early the next day. When I asked about breakfast, the night attendant said it was included and would be served at 8. Nothing arrived, so at 9 I had to call reception on my own phone. They then brought a very simple breakfast: four cheese breads, four pieces of cake, and four cups of coffee. At checkout, they tried to charge R$ 30 per person for breakfast, even though the night attendant had clearly said it was part of the room rate. I objected and said I could pay, but wouldn't cover a charge that hadn't been mentioned when we arrived. The receptionist then said she would call the police. I told her that was fine and asked her to check with the night attendant, who had said breakfast was included. Only then did she drop the charge. A terrible stay, far below what we expected, with a lack of organization, transparency, and respect for guests.

If one star meant zero, I'd give zero. I'd only suggest this place to someone exhausted, unfamiliar with the area, and urgently needing somewhere to sleep. It isn't comfortable. I stayed one night, and it was obvious as soon as I arrived that the place had previously operated as a motel. I don't understand why Booking lists it as a hotel. The receptionist seemed completely lost. When I asked about breakfast, he nearly laughed at me. Since it's advertised as a hotel, I thought it was normal to expect breakfast. Instead, a box was brought to the room like at a motel, with two coffees, two cakes, and six cheese breads. Nobody asked what we wanted or explained what was included. The room had just one outlet, a dusty fan, a TV with few channels, and no basic conveniences like a hair dryer or straightener. I asked for an adapter, but it never came. The shower tap started coming loose as soon as we used it, and my husband had to improvise with the valve so we could shower. There was no floor squeegee, and the toilet paper wasn't replenished. I was already tired of going to reception and getting mocking looks. The intercom didn't work either. We asked for towels and got two that were dry but not fit to use again, they looked old and worn out. When I requested another, I was told that “NEW” towels were only provided when renewing the stay. They did bring another one, but demanded the old ones back. The corridors smelled strongly of cigarette smoke despite all the “NO SMOKING” signs. Service was hostile and disorganized. I paid at reception, but the very next day they were already asking whether my night had ended, even though it wasn't due to end until that evening. My expectations were completely let down. I don't recommend it.

We stayed over the weekend of 21/09/24 to 23/09/24, with my wife and our two children. The staff were attentive and ready to help, and we were welcomed very well. Our room was number 23, with comfortable, clean beds. The sheets and towels were changed every day. Breakfast was brought to the room: coffee, milk, cheese bread, and slices of cake, enough for everyone. The bathroom had hot water but no shower enclosure. My wife noticed other guests making noise in the corridors late at night and early in the morning, though it didn't make us uncomfortable. They also provided parking for our car. Congratulations to everyone.

There was only one outlet in the room, and the fan was burned out, so they had a floor fan instead. I've been trying for three days to get in touch to ask for the receipt. At checkout, the attendant said there was no way to provide one.

The hotel itself was okay, but the staff service was awful. When I arrived, there was no water in the shower. They said they'd move us, but it took 40 minutes. In the next room, the toilet wouldn't flush. When I complained, the receptionist was extremely rude. Later that afternoon I went to the car to get a few things and decided to grab a coffee at reception. The receptionist rudely asked what I wanted. I won't stay at this hotel again.
