4/10
The location was the one good thing about this hotel. Traffic noise went on around the clock, the rooms were poor quality and below standard, and the reception staff didn’t understand basic customer service. The rooftop pool area was extremely disappointing, just a dirty roof with no proper facilities or upkeep. The gym was in terrible shape and not worth using. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

2/10
After check-out, I realized I’d accidentally left personal items in my room. When I got in touch, the hotel said they had never found anything. They seemed to have no reliable Lost & Found process, and the staff were dismissive, made no effort to help, and offered no follow-up or transparency. I don’t trust this hotel after that. A place that should feel trustworthy let me down completely, with poor service and no accountability. I won’t stay here again.

10/10
The rooms had nice beds and cold a/c, and breakfast was good. It’s clean, efficient, inexpensive, and well located. Basically, it has what you want from a hotel without costing a fortune.

8/10
The lobby was nicely done, and the location is great. Rooms are a little basic, but the price was right.

8/10
The staff were really friendly, and the hotel was clean. The pool and gym were nice, though the pool could use a better cleaning. Dinner at the hotel was bland and a bit disappointing. Food just one block away was cheaper and better. I’d stay here again.
