Unity Hotel - Allianz

I paid R$ 709,12 on 23/01 for nights the hotel later admitted it had sold twice, an overbooking. I requested cancellation and a refund on 24/01. They gave me ten business days, which ended on 06/02, but as of 13/02 they're still holding my money. All I get told is that the “finance department is reviewing it.” This was a terrible experience with their finances and a total lack of respect for the Consumer Defense Code. I don't recommend the hotel.

I was satisfied with both the room and the breakfast, which matched what I paid. The room is small, but that worked for me since I only needed a place to sleep. The location is good, very close to Allianz.

A very pleasant stay, with helpful staff and a clean, new-looking environment. Good value for the money, and I recommend it.

The shower heater made an awful amount of noise in the rooms. Then the street water supply ran out, and we were simply told the water tank couldn't keep up. A place whose tank can't serve 50 guests shouldn't be called a hotel. A terrible experience.
