The price felt fair for the quality. The place also had a pool, sauna, gym, and coworking space, though I didn't have time to try them. In the room, the bed was very spacious, the shower water was nice and hot, the minibar was generous and included, and the microwave and air conditioning worked perfectly.

The staff deserve praise. They kept trying to make us happy, and they really help save a hotel that could be great. The place might even appeal to people if it were presented honestly as what it is, instead of being sold as a five-star stay. Calling it three stars or a boutique hotel would set more realistic expectations. I suspect the five-star label comes from its connection to the Emiliano group, but to me it feels misleading. The bathroom is completely open to the room, with no privacy at all. For a couple, that's humiliating. The double bed is small, and we also ran out of hot water for a shower. There's no room service. Instead, there's a mini market on the floor above where you can buy water, toothpaste, and other things. There's no laundry service either, which doesn't feel like five-star service. Breakfast was a disaster at the time of my stay, though I was told it would be changing. The windows aren't double-glazed, so depending on the room's location, we went to sleep and woke up to street noise. The hotel could be wonderful if it were sold more accurately and dealt with the big issue, the bathrooms. The staff are doing their best, but the five-star expectations don't match what the hotel currently offers.

The service was direct and especially polite, and the location is excellent. I also loved the comfortable room, with its surprising automation and technology. The modern design and elegant decor make the hotel feel wonderful.

A perfect pick in SP. It's brand new and in a great location, with an immaculate room. The gym is well equipped, and the coworking space is fantastic for meetings.
