The worst part was how they handled our room. We checked in at night, then went out the next day to take care of things in town. When we got back at 10:15, hoping to shower and get ready before checkout, all our belongings had been moved to another room with someone else’s luggage. We weren’t even staying in the same room as that acquaintance. The owner said she’d forgotten to mention another guest was due to arrive. There was nobody at reception when we first arrived either, and it took ages for an employee to show up. The service was awful, breakfast was limited with no options, and the staff seemed poorly trained. I don’t recommend it.

My checkout time hadn’t arrived, but they took my things out of the room without asking, saying someone else had already booked it. When I got back, another guest’s belongings were already in the room, before checkout. The staff were rude and did a poor job.

Cidinha at reception was especially kind and attentive. She got the rooms ready quickly, and I have nothing to complain about, only good things to say about the staff.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with good ventilation, and the bathroom was very nice. The staff were polite, and the price was excellent for what you get. It felt welcoming, and I’ll definitely come back.

The rooms were neat and the hotel itself was good, but the way they handle service is odd. If you arrive before 5 p.m., there’s nobody at reception, so you have to call and they ask the cleaner to help you. They said that’s because guests usually arrive very early to check in or come after work, past 5. But guests don’t all keep the same schedule!
