The view is wonderful, but the bedrooms smelled of mildew, and the bathrooms had bare cement floors, no wall covering, and broken, loose tiles. Boards on the deck and balcony were broken, the house had terrible lighting, the pool lining was coming loose, and there was no clothesline. The air conditioning in two of the bedrooms didn't work. It was a very poor experience for the price. I can't recommend staying here until the house gets a proper renovation.

The house is spacious, but very old. It has poor lighting, and the air conditioner leaked water. There was a really strong mildew smell in the bedrooms, the utility area wasn't properly equipped, the bathroom shower area wasn't very clean, and there were cockroaches. It's a shame that such a beautiful view is let down by repairs that seem simple.

I've been to Magnifica Costeira several times. The house is wonderful, with the most beautiful view I've ever seen, and the host gave us a very warm welcome. I'll definitely keep coming back.

I spent 10 days at the house on the coast, and they were more than pleasant. The house is wonderful, with connected living spaces and a one-of-a-kind view. It feels like you're inside a ship anchored by the coast. The days and nights were beautiful and unforgettable. I recommend it.
