My first contact left me with a bad impression, even though I never actually made it to the place. The WhatsApp replies from Osman felt robotic and cold, with little effort to make a potential guest feel welcome or open up a conversation. The exchange seemed focused on procedures, and there didn't seem to be much room for negotiation or flexibility. Maybe the place itself is wonderful, but that initial interaction matters. If booking already felt this distant, I can only imagine what staying there might be like.

The breakfast was basic but tasty, and I left happy with the experience. The staff were especially attentive, and Aquila at reception gave me a really warm welcome. This pousada is well worth staying at.
