Pousada Do Vladimir

The room was spotless, and breakfast was delicious. The woman in charge of the kitchen deserves congratulations, everything was wonderful. Juliana and her mother were so caring and attentive to me, my husband, and our one-year-old son that it felt like we'd known each other for years, haha. We loved staying here and will definitely return. We love Bora Bora beach.

We've stayed here twice. The room had everything working, felt fairly new, and was very clean. The shared areas were also in good shape and kept clean, and the kitchen was hygienic, with attentive staff and good-quality food. The beach itself is good too. For anyone hoping to rest, though, there's a speaker playing at reception from noon until 10:40 pm, and the corridor lights keep the rooms quite bright until then.

The only person who treated us well was Juliana; everyone else was polite. We arrived around 1:30 pm, already tired, and although the rooms seemed ready, there was no flexibility to let us check in early. That made for a poor first impression. The parking is some distance from the inn, which made arrival harder, especially since it was our first time there. We didn't get enough guidance or a welcoming attitude from the staff. Overall, the service and attention to guests fell short.

The inn is in a fantastic spot, very close to the beach. Parking is nearby on the same street, and it's convenient that guests get the gate remote. The breakfast was tasty, but they ran short of basics like pão de queijo, which made it harder for my younger son to eat. We stayed four to a room in room 6, and it felt cramped. There's also no good place to dry clothes, and the room's rack doesn't work well. In a beach town, that matters. The facilities need more attention and upkeep. It's a good inn, but management could take better care of the details. I'm still unsure about coming back.
