The inn is beautiful and pleasant, with a really positive feel. The hosts are very polite, the breakfast is delicious, and the location is great. I'm giving it four stars because a few things need attention. The mini-fridge in the room is very old and its door didn't close properly. The air conditioner is an old-style unit, not a split system, and barely cools the room, which gets extremely hot. For the price, especially in Maresias, I think these things deserve more care.

The room was spacious and clean, with a fridge, air conditioning, and household utensils. The pousada is close to great restaurants and beaches, and we could bring our pets. This was our second stay at surfers Villa maremota, this time with the whole family. Gustavo and Fabrício welcomed us warmly and were very attentive. We’ll definitely be back. A great pousada!

The place was peaceful and cozy, and we felt comfortable throughout our stay. Breakfast was excellent, especially Carol’s unforgettable pão de queijo. We arrived in the early hours on 25/12/17 because of an unexpected delay, but Gustavo welcomed us and got us settled in perfectly. Everyone treated us so well. Gustavo even made sure we got back to a spot where we could catch the bus. Thank you all for such a kind welcome. We’ll be back soon, no doubt!

The pousada was clean and welcoming, with everything we were looking for and a delicious breakfast. Gustavo and Fabrício, the owners, were wonderful hosts and helped us with everything during our stay. We’ll definitely return and recommend the place without hesitation!

It’s on the liveliest street, where the clubs are, but once you’re through the gate, it’s completely peaceful. The grounds are leafy and pleasant, the chalets are spacious, and breakfast is fresh and made to order. Both owners are very helpful, and dogs are welcome. We had a really lovely stay and will definitely come back!
