We loved how comfortable the chalés were and how beautifully they were made. It's gorgeous here, surrounded by nature: fruit trees everywhere, flowers, and the sounds of birds and bees. Nights are so quiet, with hardly any sound at all. Thomé is lovely too. We joked that we wanted to live here, and we can't wait to come back. I recommend the place.

The owners make you feel like old friends, the kind you haven't seen in decades but can pick right back up with. That welcoming touch fits the peaceful mood of São Thomé das Letras, a city known for its "good vibes." The place feels like it could be home to fairies. I can't say it's the best in town since I don't know the others, but it has a special place in my heart and is definitely a great place to stay.

I stayed for four days with three friends. We booked two rooms during low season, when breakfast was served per room, but it was still more than enough. Seu Tomé, who runs the inn, is one of a kind, always friendly and helpful, and gave us several tips and recommendations. I forgot my coat, and he mailed it to me. I recommend it without hesitation.

The first thing that made us feel at home was the warm welcome from the São Tomé team. My friend and I had such a lovely stay. The simple chalets were clean and comfortable, set among fruit trees, and breakfast had that same homey feel, especially the sublime pão de queijo. I’d happily recommend the place, and when I’m back in São Tomé das Letras, I’ll stay with you again. Thanks for those days.
