Chalés Pousada Encantos da Serra

The pool was such a pleasure, and Carnival was a blast! The rooms were clean and everything was organized. This was our second visit, and Camila and Fábio were just as kind and lovely as before. I recommend it!

The owners were especially wonderful, and the chalet was a lovely place to spend Christmas with my husband. I’d have rated the stay higher if the sheets had been changed and the room cleaned during our three days there. We understood that December 25 was a holiday and the staff deserved a day off, but it wasn’t done on the 26th or 27th either. Aside from that, folks, I recommend the place. The location is great for relaxing.

We loved it! There’s a really good vibe, and if you want peace and a chance to relax, this is the place. The only downside for me was the drive to the center, about ten minutes, on a very dark, winding road. That could get tiring if you go into town every day. But the welcome was lovely, and we got tips for places to visit and eat. The room was clean, smelled fresh, and was thoughtfully laid out. Breakfast was delicious and had plenty of choice, including fruit, cold cuts, bread, cakes, and juice, all prepared with care. There’s also a kitchenette where you can heat up a meal or grab something outside mealtime. The place is charming. Hugs, and wishing you success!

A calm, safe spot close to town. We loved spending the holiday weekend there. The rooms were clean and tidy, and Fábio and Camila were so kind when they welcomed us.
