Miragem Chales

We had a terrible experience. There were problems with the parking space, and we lost time from our stay and got stressed sorting out an issue that wasn't ours. The place is very noisy, right in front of a highway with cars going by day and night. Breakfast was really poor: just one kind of cake, no other sweets, not even scrambled eggs, and no sandwich press. The only facilities were the pool and a pool table.

The place was exactly as shown in the pictures, and Lucila and Nivaldo gave us wonderful service. It’s easy to get downtown and to other attractions. Everything was very clean, and breakfast was excellent, prepared with a lot of care. I enjoyed it and will come back. Thank you, Lucila 🙏🏻 You’re both incredible.

The location is good, near downtown, though you can’t walk there. Everything was very clean, and the towels and bed linen were excellent quality and spotless. There’s no luxury, so the price felt a little higher than fair to me. Breakfast was simple, with a good selection of fresh, tasty breads, cakes, and fruit. There were boiled eggs but no scrambled eggs, and oats and honey instead of granola. The TV only has regular broadcast channels, with no streaming services, so I had to sign into my own account to get more options.

The chalets are basic, but everything was neat and clean. For the price, I thought it was excellent. It cost less than the other inns in town, yet the bed, pillows, and bed and bath linens were all excellent. The shower was good, the room was spacious, and chalets 5 and 6 had a really nice view. I liked it a lot.
