I wish I could’ve stayed another day at this place.

The grounds are beautiful, with spacious rooms, lots of nature, and pleasant outdoor areas. Those parts really appealed to us, but the stay was disappointing. Before booking, I checked by WhatsApp and phone whether the pool was heated, and the inn assured me it was. For both days we were there, the water was cold, nowhere near what you’d expect from a heated pool. There were no staff available at night, so we couldn’t use the kitchen or get any help. Maintenance work was also going on during our stay. I was resting in a hammock when someone turned on a leaf blower right beside me, which was really unpleasant. On the day we left, I got two calls asking what time we’d be leaving the room. That felt excessive and like they were rushing us. The place is nice, but the experience really fell short.

We stayed during Carnival and found it calm, organized, and really pleasant. It’s well located between the towns, so getting to Socorro, Águas de Lindóia, and Serra Negra is easy. The room was simple, but everything was clean.

The peaceful setting and all the greenery make this a lovely place to unwind. There’s plenty of room in the comfortable rooms, and the shower water gets nice and hot. Breakfast was varied and delicious. The outdoor spaces are a real treat, with riverside bungalows, a bathtub, and a heated outdoor pool. It’s outside town, but getting to Serra Negra by car is easy and takes about 10 minutes. Great value for money.
