A terrible experience. When I arrived, the pool was dirty, and they’d forgotten to make breakfast. The rooms aren’t cleaned, and there was no toilet paper in them. The place was extremely disorganized and short staffed. The owner was extremely unethical, and staff smoked near the guests. I had to ask several times to get the pool cleaned.
We spent Carnival there in 2019 and liked it so much that we decided to stay there again for Carnival this year. It’s a pleasant, family friendly place, well located and close to everything. The staff and Sônia, the owner, are really nice. If all goes well, we’ll be back next year.
Right in the center of Nova Almeida, this is an affordable option if you need somewhere to spend the night. The rooms aren’t very well ventilated, which could be an issue for anyone allergic to mold. Apart from that, it’s an interesting choice.
It’s very clean and tidy, and the garden is lovely. The food is good too, but the double beds could be better.
The service was really pleasant, and the rest of the place felt fair for the price. Breakfast, though, doesn't offer much choice.
