Three years ago, my wife and I stayed at this hotel and had a terrible experience. The service was good, and so was breakfast, but afterward we both had itching all over. We had to see a dermatologist and spent a month getting treatment. The poor hygiene of the sheets and blankets was definitely what caused it. I told reception about it on WhatsApp right after leaving, but the person didn't take me seriously. Because nobody paid attention, I'll never stay at this hotel again.

It was a calm, organized, clean place, with spacious rooms and a simple but satisfying breakfast. The price for the nights turned out to be higher than what we'd been told at check-in, though everything was questioned and cleared up when we arrived. Then, as we were getting the room ready to leave, a staff member opened the door without knocking. Nobody else was at the hotel, our cars were still in the garage, and we hadn't gone through reception. Those incidents at the end spoiled what had been a good stay.

The location was great, with a bakery and pizzeria open 24 hours right next door. We paid R$215 for one night, but I thought that was far too much for what was offered. It's only suitable if you're looking for somewhere very, very basic. The room was plain, the air conditioner was noisy and didn't work very well, and the old beds creaked whenever you moved. Breakfast was basic too. The toasted ham-and-cheese sandwich was there, but the cake was dry and bad. Everything was very simple. The man who checked us in at 1 a.m. on Wednesday 08/05 was polite and friendly. On Wednesday morning, though, there was a woman who barely spoke, spent a lot of time on her phone, and wasn't friendly at all.
