Casa de Maria Pousada

The breakfast was delicious, with everything fresh and made with care. Our host, Adina, was incredibly friendly and attentive, and made us feel at home right from the start. The inn is super cozy, well cared for, and spotlessly clean. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely return!

Communication with them is pretty bad. I have no complaints about the room, although the TV signal wasn't great. Don't be misled, this isn't a hotel or inn in the usual sense. It's basically a house where guests stay in their own rooms, and there's no room service for anything. Breakfast is decent. The place is away from the town center, which suited me just fine. It's very quiet for sleeping.

I'm from Rio de Janeiro and had a reservation at the inn. I left Rio early, then was told just one hour beforehand that I wouldn't be able to stay there. After traveling five hours and arriving to hear that, I was given no help at all. I had to cancel the booking because the inn wouldn't cancel it, then sort out the problem myself. On top of that, I lost money because I had to find somewhere to stay at the last minute, at much higher prices. A complete disregard for the customer.

Exceptional stay, with really good service. The owner goes out of her way to make guests feel at home.
