Being close to the mall and having a quiet setting were definite pluses. The breakfast, though, was bland and oddly put together. Minas Gerais has such great food, and a traditional "mineiro" breakfast is hard to beat. This hotel mostly served generic options, with pão de queijo as the one familiar highlight. The towels were tiny and so thin they were soaked after one use, more like a regular piece of fabric than a bath towel. I also ran into holes in the bedsheets on two different nights. I normally sleep under a thin sheet, and after my toe made a hole worse the first night, I kept the damaged spot near my chest the next time so I wouldn’t tear it again.

The rooms are clean and the bed is good, with service at an international standard and very polite staff. Breakfast was poor, so don't expect an omelet. The hotel is a little far from downtown, but the mall right across the road is convenient. For the price and room quality, I still recommend it.

The room service meals were great, and the hotel itself was very nice. Staff were especially helpful despite the language barrier.

The staff are very friendly, and both breakfast and the other meals are good. It’s a brand new hotel right across from the mall, with easy highway access.

The rooms are new and clean, and the hospitality is great. Breakfast could be better, though it’s not bad.
